Refund policy

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. Customers are responsible for insuring their shipment. 

Damaged items

Orders must be inspected upon delivery. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery to shop@connersmith.us.com.

All claims must include:
    •    Order number
    •    Clear photographs of the item
    •    Photographs of all packaging materials
    •    Any relevant supporting documentation
Incomplete claims will not be reviewed.

Approved claims are eligible for replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.

Non-Returnable

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for insuring their shipment.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
