Shipping & Processing Time:

All orders are subject to a processing time of 5–10 business days before they are dispatched, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

Fine Art shipping insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

Carrier Information:

We utilize USPS Priority Mail for standard delivery. Please note that the "Priority" designation refers to the transit time once the carrier has possession of the package (typically 1–3 business days). Your total wait time will include our internal processing period plus the carrier's transit time. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

We process all shipping via USPS. Shipping internationally, all duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Addresses

Incorrect Addresses: CONNERSMITH  is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.

Delivered Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by USPS. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or check with neighbors. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure a secure delivery.
